Thank you
Very Much.

What can I say about Guy? He was excellent in every way. As a first time homebuyer I needed to work with someone who would be patient and understanding of my questions and concerns and Guy was all of that and more with a wealth of knowledge and insight. His availability to answer and explain my inquiries was reliable and dependable. I felt confident in his professional acumen and his ability to provide me options and have my best interest in mind. Ultimately my experience in home buying was a peaceful process and that is largely due to Guys guidance. I highly recommend.

Dear Mr. Godboldo,

Words fail us to describe what a consummate professional you have been in working with us during the purchase our home.

We know that our credit scores are poor, but in spite of our condition, you have not allowed that to stop or deter you from putting your utmost care, diligence, patience, insight and knowledge to work on our behalf.
